1. The main structure and technical characteristics of the machine tool

1. Overall layout of the machine tool


CNC milling machine industrial adopts vertical frame layout, the column is fixed on the bed, the spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z direction), the slide seat moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and the worktable moves laterally along the slide seat (X direction). Structure.


The bed, table, sliding seat, column, headstock and other large parts are all made of high-strength cast iron materials, and the shape is made of resin sand technology, and the stress is eliminated by two aging treatments. These large parts are optimized by Pro/E and Ansys to improve the rigidity and stability of the large parts and the whole machine, and effectively suppress the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by the cutting force.


Note: There are 4 roller rails on the Y axis, and 55 roller rails on the X/Z axis.


2. Drag system


The three-axis guide rail pair adopts imported rolling linear guide rail, which has small dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, small high-speed vibration, no crawling at low speed, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance, and improves the accuracy and accuracy stability of the machine tool.


The three-axis servo motor is directly connected to the high-precision ball screw through the elastic coupling, reducing intermediate links, realizing gapless transmission, flexible feeding, accurate positioning, and high transmission precision.


The Z-axis servo motor has an automatic brake function. In the event of a power failure, the automatic brake can hold the motor shaft tightly so that it cannot rotate, which plays a role of safety protection.


3. Spindle group


The main shaft group is produced by a professional manufacturer in Taiwan, with high precision and high rigidity. The bearing adopts P4 grade spindle special bearing. After the whole set of spindle is assembled under constant temperature conditions, it has passed the dynamic balance correction and running-in test, which improves the service life and reliability of the whole set of spindle.


The spindle can realize stepless speed regulation within its speed range, and the spindle is controlled by the built-in encoder of the motor, which can realize the functions of spindle orientation and rigid tapping.


4. Tool magazine


The manipulator tool magazine is installed on the side of the column. When the tool is changed, the cutter head is driven and positioned by the roller cam mechanism. After the main shaft reaches the tool change position, the tool changer (ATC) of the manipulator completes the return and delivery of the tool. ATC is gear hobbing. The cam mechanism can run at high speed and without noise after preloading, which makes the tool changing process fast and accurate.


5. Cutting cooling system


Equipped with a large-flow cooling pump and a large-capacity water tank to fully ensure circulating cooling,


The end face of the spindle box is equipped with cooling nozzles, which can be water-cooled or air-cooled, and can be switched at will. The cooling process can be controlled by M code or control panel.


7. Lubrication system


Guide rails and ball screw pairs are lubricated with centralized automatic thin oil, and each node is equipped with a quantitative oil separator, which regularly and quantitatively injects oil to each lubricating part to ensure that each sliding surface is evenly lubricated, effectively reducing frictional resistance and improving motion accuracy , to ensure the service life of the ball screw pair and guide rail.


8. Machine tool protection


The machine tool adopts a protective room that meets safety standards, which not only prevents the splash of coolant, but also ensures safe operation and a pleasant appearance. Each guide rail of the machine tool has a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the inside of the machine tool, and protect the guide rails and ball screws from wear and corrosion.


9. Chip removal system (optional)


The Y-axis split protection structure makes the iron chips generated during the machining process fall directly to the bed, and the large slope structure inside the bed makes the iron chips slide smoothly to the chain plate of the chain chip conveyor at the bottom of the machine tool. The chips are driven by the chip motor, and the chips are transported to the chip removal trolley.


The chain type chip conveyor has a large conveying capacity, low noise, and is equipped with an overload protection device. It is safe and reliable in operation, and can be used for chips and rolls of various materials.

five. Machine tool operating environment and testing requirements


1. Working environment of the machine tool


The working environment of the CNC milling machine industrial is directly related to the performance and normal operation of the machine tool. If the temperature is too high, the control mechanism in the numerical control system will fail or malfunction; if the temperature is too low, the working conditions of the lubrication system and hydraulic system will deteriorate and the machine tool Faulty or damaged machine parts. Therefore we recommend that the machine be used under the following conditions:


The machine tool should be placed indoors and in a dry environment. The machine tool foundation is manufactured according to the requirements of the machine tool foundation.


Power supply voltage: rated power supply voltage AC380V, voltage fluctuation range -10~+10%, power supply frequency: 50Hz±1Hz. Beyond this range, the user needs to purchase a regulated power supply by himself.


Ambient air temperature: within the range of 5°C to 40°C; and the 24h average temperature should not exceed 35°C.


Humidity: The maximum temperature is 40°C, the relative humidity does not exceed 35%, and the change of humidity does not cause condensation.


The dust concentration in the air shall not exceed 10mg/m3, and shall not contain acid, salt and corrosive gas.


Air source pressure: 0.5-0.7Mpa


Gas source flow: 350L/min


Machine tools should be installed away from vibration and heat sources. The power in the workshop where the machine tool is installed should be below 0.5G (G is the acceleration of gravity).


2. Machine tool testing requirements


When inspecting machine tools, the inspection instruments and inspection tools should be placed in the inspection environment for a sufficient time to keep them in an isothermal state. The influence of factors such as airflow, sunlight or external heat flow should also be avoided during inspection. The ambient temperature for the evaluation of machine tool position accuracy 20°C shall prevail, but generally the following conditions shall be met.


The ambient temperature is 15°C to 25°C.


Before testing, the machine tool should be kept in the testing environment for no less than 12 hours.


Any temperature gradient in the space occupied by the machine tool shall not exceed 0.5°C/h.


six. Machine tool installation, commissioning and acceptance

1. Machine tool installation and debugging


Please prefabricate the cement foundation, the foundation map will be notified separately.


Please pre-install the three-phase 380V, 50Hz power supply and it is recommended to attach a regulated power supply.


After the equipment arrives at the factory, it will be unpacked and inspected with our representative. If any damage or loss is found, please notify our company immediately.


After the equipment is unpacked and accepted, the buyer is required to perform mechanical positioning, cementing of foundation holes, rough level adjustment, etc. for subsequent installation and fine adjustment. The buyer is required to notify our company at least 7 days in advance to send someone to go there.


The buyer is requested to assist our company's installation and commissioning personnel to arrange accommodation, meals, transportation and other matters.


The buyer is requested to designate the operator and maintenance personnel of the machine, and assign special personnel to assist our company in the installation and commissioning of the machine.


After the mechanical acceptance is completed, the buyer shall immediately sign the machine tool acceptance report in duplicate, and each party shall keep one copy.


2. Machine tool acceptance

Before the installation and acceptance work, the buyer shall make preparations for installation and adjustment according to the installation and commissioning items.


Appearance inspection: Personnel from the buyer and the seller conduct visual inspection of the appearance, and the tools and accessories are checked and accepted according to the contract and attachments.


Performance and function acceptance: conduct acceptance according to the scope of supply of machinery and controllers determined by both parties.


Mechanical accuracy acceptance: According to the random ex-factory accuracy inspection record sheet provided by our company as the basis for acceptance.


seven. Irresistible accident:

Due to serious disasters (such as fires, floods, snow disasters, earthquakes, etc.) and other irresistible accidents agreed by both parties, when one party cannot perform this agreement, the party encountering the above accidents must immediately (at the fastest speed) If the situation affects this agreement, notify the other party by fax or telegram, and provide the details of the accident by air express mail, as well as the supporting documents affecting the performance of this agreement, which should be stamped by the notary department of the party affected by the accident, The time delayed due to the above-mentioned accidents shall be extended on the basis of the original delivery date.

How to replace the battery in Fanuc


The time from disconnecting the old battery cable to connecting the new battery cable should be less than 5 minutes. This method is for FANUC series 15i 150i, other systems can refer to.


After the following steps are done correctly, the BIOS settings will not be deleted. But if the BIOS settings are cleared, the following message will be displayed when powering on, and the default BIOS settings will be loaded and restarted.


"251: System CMOS checksum error - using default configuration."


Therefore, please check if the BIOS settings have been changed from the default before replacing the battery. Also, if this message is displayed unfortunately, you should modify the BIOS settings.


(1) After the smart terminal 3 is turned on for more than 5 seconds, turn off the power of the smart terminal 3, and then take the smart terminal 3 out of the panel, etc., so that it can work from the back of the smart terminal 3.

(2) Pull out the battery connector (BAT1), and then remove the battery from the holder.

(3) Lead out the wires of the new battery as shown in the figure below.

(4) Connect the cable and put the new battery into the holder.

(5) Remount the smart terminal 3.

(6) Turn on the power, and then confirm that the BIOS parameters are not erased (confirm that no error message is displayed).
